The blue eyes male was whistling as he walked, seemingly happy enough in his own presence, the demon hunter wandered he was just enjoying a spot of demon hunting his bussiness was looking up at the moment and he was wandering alone tonight, no one he had to protect and so he could practice showing off. One of his habits, showing off being flashy and a perfectionist in looking like a complete bad ass. He sighed where were all the demons? He'd been told about this place but he placed his hands on his hips.
"Looks like there's no one here.....Party must be over... Damn." He stated his voice mocking that almost upset tone, he folded his arms as he walked and he even twirled the red coat flowing out behind him as he did showing off his body to anyone who happened to be walking around, for some reason he never seemed to get cold without a top on, then again he always had that jacket on.
"So much for me wabbit huntin'" He stated he was eyeing the area there was something wrong, something entirely wrong. It was too quiet for his liking and he eyed the darkest corners of the alleyway he was stood in. He gave a sigh as he walked forwards spotting something in the darkness he grabbed hold of them and dragged them out of the dark.
"Look I don't wanna sound like a spoil sport but I don't suppose you have anything to do with this?" He asked the thing that he had grabbed and dragged out from behind it had the appearance of a woman and it snapped it's head around to scream at him he raised a brow as he felt drool go on his face, he drop kicked it across the alley and made a groan.
"God damn it I just had a shower as well." He sighed before wiping the drool off of his face and shaking the excess from his hands before he looked at the thing that was hurtling back towards him. Crap he had to do something or risk having his head take from him, he just moved out of the way the thing hit the wall and he had to stiffle a sblack person, that was amusing anyone would think that a demon would have learned a trick like that. He smiled before hauling the heavy blade from his back it was easy for him but for others it wasn't so easy usually they ended up pinned to the floor because it was too heavy for them.
He darted across the ground this was going to be a little too easy and he swung the almighty blade a the demon before him it moved, and he looked a little shocked but instead he simply shot the thing right behind the eyes.
"Sorry bub but you don't live up to my standards." He applogised before he made his way out of the alleyway and onto the streets, this was begining to get pretty annoying for him, why was it that tonight it was hard to find the demons around here? He looked at the amulet around his neck and he narrowed his eyes before looking at the tower that had risen. His brother. It had to be either his brother or someone else that was very inclined to know their background. He folded his arms.
"I guess I gotta clean up my little brothers mess as well.... Not bad enough I gotta deal with being hated by people who hate my dad but now my brother as well... Sheesh... Well at least I can always say my life is never boring." He mummbled the words before his trademark smirk crossed his features before he started to walk, he stretched he hadn't woken up properly yet and he wasn't expecting anything to liven up any time soon.

Another night, another job to be done. Sometimes it was a weary thing to have to fill ones time with almost completely, and that was saying something when taking Shahal's violent nature int mind. But after endless nights of confronting demons that did nothing but roar in stinking breath to her obscenities and other such things, she was getting bored and by now she was hoping to met someone new, someone that could actually speak instead of just hissing at her, Shahal was getting annoyed with it.
Her hands were still resting on the butts of her beloved guns as she sprinted over the tops of buildings, there was a bit of sand still trapped on her trench coat and she took a moment to brush it away in annoyance. Shahal had run into a small cluster of hell keepers earlier on in her search and well to put it nicely, they had gotten a mouth full of lead, at that thought she let a wicked little smirk grace her full, pierced, and poisonously red lips as she continued to run.
The run was brought to a stop as Shalem began to pulse softly and the spiky haired girl stopped short and turned quickly, drawing her Walther P22 and aiming it directly into the cavernous mouth of a lesser demon who stood but a foot away from her, it's bony white arms holding it's scythe above it's head poised and ready to strike at her. Unfortunately for the ugly thing Shahal was faster on the draw and fired off a shot that echoed off the tops of the buildings, the creature didn't even know what had happened before it collapsed into dust. Another two burst into the human realm in front of her and she took them out without hesitation, she wasn't really in the mood to make fools of them at the moment.
Shahal still wasn't sure what the hell was with her sword, still hadn't figured out where it was forged, by whom or how she had come into contact with, but what she did know was that it was unendingly useful, it could sense a demon before even she could and that little fact had saved her pretty neck a few times already, so the girl wasn't about to start complaining. But really, she was still curious about it, even if some things were better left unknown.
And with that thought she went back on merry way, jumping from roof top to roof top through the dark night and humming to herself, almost awaiting sunrise even though it was still a few hours off, it was so sad that by this point Shahal was just so damn bored with nights that the hybrid just couldn't wait for them to end, really now this was just to monotone for a person that had been around and watching the different things that went on in the world for a good twenty thousand years.
Even as Shahal mused on this her sword began to pulse and she looked around, before feeling as if she was being pulled to something by the sword, taking the risk Shahal decided to follow the pull, it stopped when she was another three streets over and standing at the edge of a building looking down into the alley where she watched a silver haired man take care of a demon, ok perhaps this was the interesting break in monotony that she had hoped for.
The man had started to walk away and Shahal decided to go on impulse and fixed the garter belt that peeked out from under her plaid skirt, along with the leather vest she was wearing before jumping off the building, landing gracefully on her combat boot clad feet in front of him. Straightening up she glanced over at him and nearly had a heart attack, talk about blast from the past, for a second Shahal thought she was staring at the Dark Knight Sparda, but quickly got over the shock, the man had been dead for a while now, she knew that fist hand having been the lucky Malakim to lead his soul to eternal rest before she fell from grace, "So your the son of Sparda then," It looked like her night had just gotten a bit more interesting.

((Sorry for the short post))
"So your the son of Sparda then," He stopped dead as the female landed infront of him, it took him a second or two to respond simply because he was too busy drinking in the appearance of the girl. He smiled, she wasn't all that bad looking actually, and it perked his interest he was getting a little bored and her folded his arms across his chest.
"Maybe I am maybe I'm not what's it to a pretty girl like you?" Was that the best he could come up with? No. Yet he didn't feel the need to chat her up he'd just compliment her and ask a question after all how the hell did she know of his father, it was getting annoying far to many people knew about his father, and he was left picking up the god damned pieces of the mistakes his father made, demons here, demons there, all pissed off at his dad, and so they came after him.
"You want me to get rid of a pest for you? Sorry but you'll have to go and look up pest control in the phone book. " He was confused to say the least why would she want anything to do with him? He had to find out then again finding out might be 'worth' his while and he might even end up having more than just a little fun, yet then there was always the thought that maybe he'd end up in bother yet again. His blue eyes were still surveying the woman before him, he unfolded his arms and then stood almost like a cowboy with his thumbs just under the waist band of his leather pants. He now stood waiting for the reply of the woman.

((No worries ^_^))
She raised a brow at him, the boy had some brass, a lot of brass actually to call her a pretty girl. Shahal didn't exactly care about her looks much or what people thought of them, but one thing she knew was that she definitely wasn't just a girl, but Shahal had chosen to over look that bit, he had called her pretty after all, "Nothing much really, it was more of an observation," She waved her hand absentmindedly at the comment, "You have an uncanny resemblance to him, managed to catch me off guard is all, the names Shahal by the way" It was more then just an uncanny resemblance, he was an exact image of the demon she had respected and admired for so long.
Shahal couldn't help but watch his movements, they were graceful and animalistic all at the same time, the boy was attractive and he knew it. The woman mentally shook herself, goodness she felt like such an old couger the way she was looking at him, granted Shahal looked young but that didn't change the fact that she was still much much older then the boy she was all but giving eyes to, "No, I don't need any help with pest control, I can handle that myself," She gave him a wicked little smirk, "I'm just lookin for some fun actually, know anyone I should call for that?" So maybe she felt like a damn couger, but that really wasn't about to stop her from having some fun with him, that's what she had wanted anyway, a break in routine and she couldn't help but feel the need to thank her sword for it.
Her tail was flicking around again, only this time it was in a sort of anticipation, she wanted to know just what the cheeky boy would say to that, his pedigree aside the boy in front of just seemed like the type that would be some sort of fun.

"You have an uncanny resemblance to him, managed to catch me off guard is all, the names Shahal by the way" He smiled so she knew just from looking but how did she know his father? He was confused to say the least but he didn't show it. Instead he looked absent mindedly at her.
"Well at least your not someone who has a grudge against my dad, I always have to clean up his mess." He shook his head he spoke in a jokey way as not to cause any disturbance and to keep his air of a little arrogance. He eyed her again before speaking, why was it that he wasn't taking his eyes off her, she had a dark look to her, he couldn't be enticed no matter how much of that demonic and lustful half of him was burning.
"Well I suppose I best introduce myself... Dante your local demon hunting party animal." He spoke with a smirk on his face, then he laughed he was fun loving after all and this girl was introducing herself to him almost as soon as she met him, at least he wasn't having trouble, most women he met either hated him straight off or were constantly shooting at him, so either way they hated him, but he liked them none the less for it.
"I'm just lookin for some fun actually, know anyone I should call for that?" He grinned he couldn't help it, so she wanted fun but what kind of fun was she looking for? He folded his arms as he turned his back to her and took a few steps before he looked over his shoulder and spoke again.
"Well that all depends on what kind of fun your looking for.... So what kind of fun are you lookin' for?" He asked as he turned again he realised a boot was slipping from his foot and so had to pull it back into place, stupid thing he mustn't have put it on properly, he yawned mocking being bored.
"Besides I'm kinda bored myself, being a party animal and having no party to go to is kinda annoying." He stated with another smirk, he was mocking being tired, that playful nature of his coming to the surface, then again wasn't it always at the surface? He looked past her for a second and was gone in a flash taking out a demon that was behind her with ease. He smiled as he bounced off the wall summersaulting and landing perfectly so that he could simply walk back to her he was passing her but stopped. Instead he decided it would be much more easy if they were stood next to eachother, plus that way she could see his chest close up, he looked at her close.
"Your much prettier close up." He said that charm coming through yet again, as he stood he folded his arms again before letting a hand touch her chin, she was cute yes but he couldn't let that take over, he wouldn't. After all he was just a tease unless he wanted some girl really, really badly.

She gave him a grin, if he only knew. Sparda was something akin to a hero to angels for what he had done, but of course it was against rules for an angel to give the man the credit he deserved and actually call him a hero as he was still a demon and yadda yadda blah blah Jehovah really needed to redo some of his rules as times have changed drastically since the holy war, "Your father did piss off a lot of demons, but hey gotta do what ya gotta do right?" It must have sucked royal balls to have that on his shoulders though.
"That's quite the name you have for yourself," So she had been right in her assumption that he he liked to have a good time, now the question really was, if the fun was any real good, many a person could call themselves party animals and in reality not deliver. Really it was sad what some people thought passed as a good time, just the thought of it was nearly causing her eye to twitch.
Stifling the small chuckle that arose at his antics Shahal shook her head as she watched him, he had character and that was definitely refreshing, it had been a while since the last time she felt anything other then annoyance and a murderous intent to wards whatever she came face to face with, goodness she was starting to think she had forgotten how to smile, "Doesn't really matter to me, I'm the type of girl that'll do just about anythin in the name of a good time," The statement was just too painfully true, it had lead to a good few interesting nights and even more spent in jail.
"I'll bet it is, such a sad state of affairs that there's really nothin to do in this town," Shahal scowled slightly, she really hated that fact, but then again she had already settled in to much to leave the damn place, after all she had spent most of her money buying the deed to the old Cathedral and then even more to fix up the interior, the girl was too broke to move out and to another city no matter how much she wanted to leave this socially dead area.
Her eyes followed his movements with ease, Dante had some rather impressive moves, not that she was going to actually make much of a comment on them, the boy seemed to have enough of an ego as it was, "My hero," Who said chivalry was dead in this day and age? She continued to watch him, wondering exactly what he thought he was doing coming so close to her.
That wicked little smirk wished to return, but she kept it back even as she fought back the shiver that threatened to play up her spine. Shahal moved a bit closer to him, looking up into his eyes, "Really, you think so?" She brought a hand up to rest on his chest, "You're not so bad yourself ya know," Finally letting that smirk appear she pushed him away, taking a step back as well, "Doesn't mean you get to touch though," Shahal said in a 'tsk tsk' sort of tone, still smirking at him as she stood with a hand on her hip.

"My hero," He almost laughed it was amusing to hear a woman say that to him, most would just shoot at him and then try to beat him down.
"Really, you think so?" He grinned as she brought a hand to his chest that only made his mind race, he had a love for women, and especially this type.
"You're not so bad yourself ya know," That made his ego rise, he knew he looked good and prided in that fact but now that just made him inwardly cheer for himself. She pushed him away though and he almost stumbled instead he took a step backwards.
"Doesn't mean you get to touch though," He made a sulking face and sighed before he folded his arms, she was tease, although he couldn't say he didn't like it, after all a challenge was much more interesting.
"Tease." He chimed he was enjoying this but she didn't have to be such a tease, he smirked none the less, this was turning out to be quite interesting to say the least.
"So what say you come wabbit huntin' with me?" He meant of course for demons and such get rid of them, he raised a brow to see what she'd say in response to his question. She was stood with a hand on her hip and he smiled inwardly.

Shahal almost felt bad for the slight tease, almost. After all that was the type of girl she was, a girl that wouldn't take anything but the best and if I boy wanted to so much as touch her, they needed to prove that they were good enough for it, and that they actually wanted it.
She gave him an actual smile, "Now what kind of a woman would I be if I wasn't?" Shahal asked with a little laugh, females today were just a bit too promiscous in her book, they needed to reevaluate the respect they had for themselves as most men didn't seem to respect them at all beacuse of it, "Only the best for this girl," Shahal said to him it almost like a challenge.
Shifting a bit so that she was standing with her weight on a hip Shahal looked to be in mock thought for a moment, before turning bright eyes to him, "Would be a pleasure, dear sir, I must say. That is as long as you can keep up," Shahal said with a cheeky grin as she walked towards and then past him, only stopping to give him a sideways glance, "So ya comin?"

"Now what kind of a woman would I be if I wasn't?" This was becoming more interesting by the second, he was enjoying this she was a good person by the sounds of it and she seemed to have a good sense of how to act around people like himself. He smiled, she was fun.
"Only the best for this girl," He raised a brow, really? Well he was the best, or that was what he thought to say the least. However it annoyed him to think that a woman didn't think he was good enough for them.
"Would be a pleasure, dear sir, I must say. That is as long as you can keep up," Another challenge or it sounded like it.
"You'd be suprised." He stated as he folded his arms yet again a smirk plastered on his face.
"So ya comin?" In that split second he grinned at her and turned to lead the way, he was off running although he hoped that she'd follow.
"We'll count how many we get, first one to 25 wins." He stated with a mischevious grin plastered to his face he was challenging her to how many demons they could get rid of, how many he could get before she did, he wanted to win and he almost always did.

"Probably, you'll have to excuse the skepticism," Shahal said lightly, "I've been around long enough to know that it isn't a good thing to be naive," It was something that ensured she wouldn't be disappointed and plus being gullible could easily get a person killed, and that was something Shahal wasn't ready for, nor willing to go through.
She took off running after him, finding it easy to catch up Shahal grinned at the proposition, "Your on then mate," The girl nodded as she ran, looking straight ahead to the end of the alley, it took a left that would lead them closer to the tower which would work very well for this little game, the closer to the tower the more likely they were to run into groups of demons.
"Better keep up," She yelled with a laugh and took the corner quickly moving ahead of him and running down the other alley, letting her aura out she was baiting demons to come after her, a useful little trick she had learned but it only worked if demons were already close by.
Turning to see if Dante was still with her she stopped short, demons were popping up all over the place now, granted they were only a street or two over from the Temen-Ni-Gru after all. One had decided to appeared in front of her and roared in her face, "Shut the hell up!" Shahal yelled at the same time as she upper cut the creature in the face, "Gotcha!" She smirked, drew a gun and blew it's head off, "One" Shahal grinned.

((Sorry it took me so long to reply))
"Probably, you'll have to excuse the skepticism," He grinned it was quite amusing how many skeptics were about at the moment, most of them not believing in his ability, oh well he usually proved them wrong.
"I've been around long enough to know that it isn't a good thing to be naive," He nodded that was true enough, it didn't pay to be naive in these dark times. After all his brother was trying to become a God of sorts and he had to stop him, no not had to he would stop him.
"Your on then mate," He grinned at the fact that she had taken him up on his challenge, but she started running before he had a chance to move. That was cheating. He however turned and started to give chase after her.
"Better keep up,"They were heading to the tower and so he decided to take a shortcut vearing away from the way she was going he decided to take a short cut across the roof tops. Much quicker.
He stopped at a street where the things were running in a direction, they were heading towards where Shahal was, so she was baiting them with something, hmmm that was interesting to say the least, and so he let himself fall from the rooftop, pulling ebony and ivory from their holsters he rained a barrage of bullets on the demons.
"One, two, five...Seven...Awww only seven? I thought my aim was better than that!" He muttered as a demon came up behind him, he moved quickly placing both barrels against the demons temples.
"Sorry I'm not in the mood to have weapons stuck in my body for a second time." He stated as he pulled one trigger and the demon was reduced to dust, smiling he put the guns away before he pulled rebellion off his back, he moved quickly back towards where all these demons were heading he saw her and he sighed, that was before he spotted a vanguard in the short distance, no way, if she got cut by that thing she'd end up either fatally wounded or dead. So he ran, damn his need to protect others, putting Rebellion back in it's respective placre he used a demon as a stepping stone and sent himself flying over Shahal's head, pulling Ebony and Ivory from their holsters again he started shooting at the thing, wow they could take a beating and he narrowly missed having a sythe through an arm, he called it skill, others well some might say it was skill yes then again they might say that he was just lucky. Looking back over his shoulder he smiled at the female.
"Can't let a Vanguard kill you, that'd be a complete waste... Besides I'm on my eigth now...You?" He asked with a grin plastered on his face. Two demons came from either side and he lifted a foot to one sending it in one direction the other got a face full of lead from Ebony and Ivory, thank god he was in shape or that vanguard would have spilt his guts all over the floor, he'd had to pull off the splits in order to dodge a long sweep of the vanguards blade. He used his legs to flick himself back on to his feet before he put the two guns away and pulled rebellion from his back.
"Sorry buddy but your not her type!" He snarled before he readied himself for few blows on the demon, then a death blow.

She couldn't help but divide her attention between the demons coming at her and Dante, his moves were rather impressive even she had to admit. Putting a bullet through a demons eye she grinned, it was a bad night to be a demon that was painfully certain, "Two," Shahal muttered to keep track as it turned to dust before turning to another couple of demons a few paces off.
Fixing the demons with a determined sort of stare she ran at them at the same time that they made a move for her. Guns in hand she proceeded to slam her boot into ones face, sure that she heard a crack before using the momentum to push herself off as another one swung it's sycthe at her, catching the first demon with the swing instead as Shahal flipped over it's head and landed gracefully at the same time that she sent a few well placed bullets at the demons, "Three and four," Maybe she was a bit twisted as Shahal found this game to be quiet entertaining.
Arching her back, she narrowly avoided a swipe by another demon that had come up behind her and growled slightly before twirling on the spot and slamming the butt of a gun into it's face before turning her attention to another demon at her side and riddling it with bullets, "Five," Shahal turned her attention back to the first demon, still recovering from the blow and jammed a gun in it's mouth before she pulled the trigger, "Six,"
A Vanguard was coming up behind her, of this she was aware, but apparently Dante thought differently. She didn't know whether to be flattered or slightly annoyed that he had come rushing to her aid, it wasn't something anyone normally did for her but at the same time Shahal felt that she didn't need any such aid, "Didn't know I was so valuable," Shahal said offhandedly as she looked over at him, damn he had one up on her, "Seven, but that can be quickly remedied,"
Guess it was time to get a little more serious. Holstering the guns, she quickly pulled out her beloved sword grinning darkly all the while. With a lunge she slammed it through another demon before slicing through it's torso and running past it, "Eight," So now they were even, but she wasn't about to stop there.
"Extend," Shahal purred to her sword, it transformed into something like a bladed whip as she ran to wards another pair of demons. Flicking her wrist as she ran, the sword slithered up off the ground and through the air, slicing through one of the demons. As it turned to dust she skidded to a halt and slashed at the other demon quickly, her movements fluid and precise as the whip/sword sliced it apart, "Ten," Shahal called out to Dante with a smirk on her face.
((It's alright))
