She walked and then looked through a window, so this was where she was meant to go was it? A letter a simple explanation of a problem and a large sum of money for it, her good side told her not to go yet that small part of her soul had managed to pursuade her to go and check it out, curiosity and her dark heart told her to go, told her that it would be worth her while. The dark waves swayed as she walked towards the front door and she pushed the door open, she could hear music as she opened the door it was dark and there was a table in the middle of the room, a silver plater on it, she wondered what the hell was going on and so walked over lifting the lid from the silver platter she saw her own head staring back at her and she froze, what the hell, she must be dreaming right? This was like something from those nights in her mind that dark abyss that consumed her every night and so she span on her foot kicking the head across the room before pulling the blade from her side.
"Seriously you DO NOT want to piss me off." She stated as she eyed the room she took steps across the ground, one after the other before she spotted something she groaned it was disgusting to say the least and she yawned before she shook her head.
"I tire of these stupid and witless games." She stated a growl in her voice she was getting more and more annoyed by the second, were they trying to get her roiled up, trying to make her blood boil? Because it was certainly working and her eyes flashed red as she eyed something else, her head hurt for a second as did her shoulder blades and she fell to her knees howling in pain. It was gone in an instant though because she calmed herself and she stood again she'd forgotten where she was now, she'd fogotten why she was here, that was before something came close a demon no less she span instantly 360 degrees and she looked forwards the demon howled at her before it's head simply slipped from it's shoulders, and it was reduced to no more than a pile of sand and blood. She yawned yet again before she stretched the trench coat she wore covering her navel from showing tonight she had it fastened to her neck, she was cold and this place wasn't any warmer than it was outside.
Looking to her left she saw something and she decided to go and check it out, an empty room, a long room and she started to run as she was sure she spotted something small run through a different door, she ran and she didn't seem to be going anywhere at all, she blinked and then realised that this place was messing with her head, she was still stood at the front door.
"Right okay, you win.. You've give me a mental screw over and I've realised...." She stated but nothing happened she rolled her eyes before pulling the pistol she carried from it's holster.
"YOUR REALLY PISSING ME OFF!" She roared and that was when the pain kicked in full force, she was more than a little annoyed to say the least and it looked like blue scales were etching their way up her arms, she looked at them and her eyes widened what the hell was happening, she panicked never seeing this before she blinked the red optics turning back to their usual bright green hues. As she looked around the place her eyes were wide, that rage, the feeling, it had felt good even if it had been painful, she eyed the place one last time before she turned to leave, the doors closed and she ran over grabbing the handle she tried to prise the door open, she gritted her teeth and then she started screaming at the building, yelling and screaming about how she wanted to leave and if anyone came to stop her she'd kill them on the spot.
"LET ME OUTTA HERE DAMN IT! I KNEW I SHOULDN'T HAVE COME HERE! I JUST KNEW IT!" She screamed as she then let the door go and took a few breaths the door opened as if mocking her attempts and she then heard footsteps. She gritted her teeth, she hated whomever that was, she hated them to no end, trying to keep her captive and she just stared at the door before running out of it, she sat on the steps outside and groaned mummbling about how she hated humans and demons alike, saying how they were so much the same and none had beaten her.

Vergil had dropped by into the old mansion just to make sure that he hadn't forgotten anything of use in the old place, of course he was confident that he hadn't, but his plan was too carefully constructed, too fragile at the moment to chance anything, he wouldn't let this fall apart simply because he had overlooked something as small as an old transcript.
Everything was going according to plan so far and he knew as long as he didn't mess up, which of course he being Vergil would not let such a thing happen, just a few more pieces to be put in place and his masterpiece would be complete. A beautiful thought but one Vergil decided not to let get to his head, he needed to stay level headed to see this through to completion.
As he walked through the mansion Vergil didn't make a sound, he strode with confidence and grace through the rabbit hole, he knew exactly where he was going and knew just what to expect of the mansion, any lesser person would be lost to the house of madness and tricks, and if they where taken by the house there was no getting out simply madness, pure insanity would be driven into them by the place.
Vergil had looked through his and Arkham's rooms one last time to make sure they had gotten everything out, finding everything satisfactory he decided it was time to take his leave of the annoying mansion, maybe he'd be back again one day it wasn't that bad of a place he supposed, as long as you let the place know who was boss. Sometimes he thought that the building had a life and mind of it's own, and the idea really wouldn't be that far off either.
Stepping out of the room he was going over his next move, his next play. This was a dangerous game Vergil was playing and he knew that full well, every move was carefully laid out and planned ahead of time then gone over again to ensure it was right. Continuing to walk through the large mansion he weighed everything over and analyzed the situation, everything was right so far, perfect.
And as soon as he thought that he heard yelling, how uncouth. Great now what was he supposed to deal with? He really didn't want to deal with some idiot woman who had gotten herself lost in a place she wasn't supposed to be in to begin with, so with that thought in mind he resumed his walking but then the woman resumed her screaming and he grit his teeth, so bloody annoying! Finally the sound was gone and Vergil shook his head, thankful for the silence .
Stepping out of the mansion he saw the woman sitting on the steps and amazingly enough she was still bitching to herself, only cementing his thoughts that it was completely useless to have any sort of significant other, "Would you shut up already?" Vergil asked in a sharp, to the point tone and began to walk past her. She may have been stronger then some but the girl was still weaker then him and because of that she wasn't worth his time.

"Would you shut up already?" She had her gaze on the floor and then as he walked past her she snapped, how dare he tell her to shut up, she pulled the pistol from it's holster and fired a single shot, missing him by inches, she didn't want to hurt him just ask a few questions.
"And who the hell are you to tell me what to do?!" She asked as she got to her feet she put the pistole back in it's holster and she glared at the man, he was just as annoying as any other human but she could smell it, he wasn't human nor was he a demon.
"Just what exactly are you? I can smell that your neither human nor demon, are you possibly somewhere inbetween?" She asked she was actually interested now, finally someone worth her time and effort, he didn't seem to take kindly to shouting though.
"......" She then became silent, she wanted him to talk, to look at her whilst he talked and then she'd see what he looked like at least, after all just seeing the back of someone's head didn't really give you an idea of what they looked like, although he reminded her of something she saw in a nightmare. The reoccuring nightmare.
Her green eyes widened they still shone brightly, glowing somewhat, and she was staring at him, she didn't move, not an inch and she looked in the direction of the tower. "It's calling again..." She muttered to herself although it was possibly a little louder than she wanted to say it, he probably heard, she shuddered and she looked confused, it was easy to see that she herself didn't even know she was a half demon despite the constant calling from the tower and other things that all added up.

Another one that carried a gun, she was either brave or stupid to fire a shot in his direction; Vergil was leaning more to wards stupid though, anyone with brains would have known well enough to leave him alone and let him take his leave.
"I am the man that can and will slice you to ribbons, if annoyed any further," Vergil said as he stopped, resting a hand on Yamato but not turning to look at her just yet, the man hated distractions and he had a feeling that by the end of this conversation the girl behind him would turn out to be a real thorn in his side.
"That's none of your business little girl," Vergil stated in that same sharp tone he had used earlier, who was she to think that he would revel such personal things to her? It was so absurd that it nearly made the pale haired man laugh, nearly being the key word in play but even with that it was still absurd.
Finally she stopped talking and Vergil turned his head, giving her a sideways glance, "Did you finally learn the meaning of silence?" He asked in a slightly mocking tone, Vergil wasn't known for being a very nice man. Actually it was just that he was a no-nonsense sort of guy and this is something that he deemed to be nonsense, utter uselessness.
"Of course it's calling," The man said with an edge to his voice, he was really beginning to get annoyed with this conversation, the girl was a half demon and she didn't have a clue as to what the tower was? Still giving her a sideways glance Vergil figured he'd enlighten her a bit, "The tower calls to anything with even a drop of demonic blood in their veins,"

"The tower calls to anything with even a drop of demonic blood in their veins," She gave a snarl scowling at him now, then she looked a little confused as she looked in it's general direction.
"But I'm human... There's not even the slightest thing in me that's demonic." She sounded baffled by what he said, there was no way she could be a demon right? She folded her arms before she casually decided to walk closer, he seemed decent enough to her, after all even if he had his hand on that blade she didn't care. She wasn't afraid of anything but herself so that was an advantage, or maybe it was just ignorance to those around her. She stepped around him to look him in the face, he wasn't that bad lookinng actually, but she went pale, almost as if she'd seen a ghost. She blinked a couple of times, those eyes that look on his face. It was him who haunted her.
"No.....No way..... Can't be...." She stated as she gripped the hilt of her sword maybe she'd find out if she attacked him. Then again she wasn't all that stupid, she was only testing the water to see how far she could push him.
"You have a brother don't you?" She asked she closed her eyes as she felt the heat rise, why was she getting annoyed? She finally opened her eyes as she looked down and to one side, how stupid of her, to be so rude in his presence. She was graced with acctually meeting him in person and she had fired a shot at him.
"Sorry for before... I just didn't realise who you were... I was told by whispers, who you were, who your brother is, and that I had to choose a side... I suppose I'll choose yours since it seems more effective... I hate humans so it wouldn't matter to me if they were all wiped from the face of this earth, even if that meant myself in the process." Her voice wasn't loud, infact it was more quiet now, she didn't want to be too loud, not when she knew who he was, the colour returned to her face and she acctually managed to smile, it was an odd occurance for her, but still none the less it happened, she'd managed to smile.
"So I follow no one's orders now but yours." She stated she was a trained killer and now it was time for her to put it some good use, instead of being bored all the time. She stood letting go of the hilt of her blade she then stood to attention before him, she wanted to help? She wanted to help him achieve what he wanted after all it could possibly work in her favour, and she'd try not to get in the way.

Vergil raised a brow at her, "You're kidding right? Girl you can't actually believe that your just a human," He was sure his eye would have started to twitch were it not for the superb self control he had over his body,"Answer me this: How many regular humans can smell the difference between another human and a demon?" Was she honestly that dense? She must have known there was something different about her.
His face stayed cold, emotionless as he watched her move closer, what was she mumbling about now? And why was she getting into stance to try and attack him? It would be in her best interest to stand down now before Vergil got really annoyed and attacked first, his hand had already strayed to Yamato's hilt, ready to unsheathe it at a moments notice.
"What is it to you?" The hand at Yamato's hilt gripped it a little tighter, too many questions about things too personal to reveal, Vergil was becoming less patient with this girl the more she opened her mouth to ask something she shouldn't be sticking her nose in.
Still his face stayed stoic, even as a hint of interest and confusion sparked in his mind, why would anything be whispering things about him and his brother to her? But if that wasn't interesting enough she had decided to side with him, and apparently she realized that she was rather expandable when it came to his cause, maybe she wasn't as stupid as he first thought.
"Do as you wish girl, but know that you'd had better stay out of my way. I have no qualms with cutting you down," Vergil figured he'd be nice enough to give the girl a warning, and with that done he decided to finally walk his way back to the tower, there was work that needed to be done. If she followed or not was her own accord, and the man didn't care anyway so long as she kept out of his way.

"Do as you wish girl, but know that you'd had better stay out of my way. I have no qualms with cutting you down," She nodded and he was leaving? She quickly let her guard down around him and simply walked by his side instead.
"Why won't you tell me anything?" She asked quietly, maybe he was just a solitary creature but she was generally being curious about him now, she smiled at him in an attempt to be friendly, but she quickly averted her gaze incase he got angry at her.
"I know most human's can't smell the difference between their own kind and demons, but I still refuse to think or even believe that I am different, if I was even partially demonic wouldn't I have known from a young age?" She asked more to herself than him and it got her thinking maybe she wasn't just a human after all, maybe she could find notes to read up on what symptoms she had.
"Don't anger him... Be quiet... Silence child or you won't live long enough to see his dreams unfold." She closed her eyes and lifted a hand to head she really wished those voices would just shut the hell up, it was annoying, and especially since only she could hear them.
"I wish those voices would shut up." She said softly quietly to herself as she followed him almost as if he were god and she a deciple trying to learn more, she wanted knowledge and power, she wanted to see just what his plans were, maybe he didn't think she was trust worthy. Maybe that was why she couldn't get any information from him.
"I appologise for being so loud, for I am just curious about you, and your plans." She sounded different, much different her voice was cold, almost icy, maybe this was what happened when the voices got to her. However her consciousness was twitching her usual brash and possibly rash nature was gone and she seemed to be changing. Personality wise.
The silence became dark she had closed her mouth and inside was battling for her right to come back to the surface, the darker part of her only laughed at the attempts made, the human side was stuck now.
"NO YOU TRICKED ME! LET ME COME BACK! THAT WAS WHY YOU URGED ME TO PICK![/i] The girl screamed inside but the more demonic side of her silenced her to a world of dreams, simple now she could become what she was meant to be all those years ago.
"So what now my master?" She asked a short question nothing to delving and nothing to loud either he'd proably like it better now that this part of her soul was in charge she raised a brow and smiled at him again this time not averting her gaze instead she was looking sideways at him she wanted to serve and if he told her to kill his brother she'd do it there and then.

"Why should I tell you anything?" Vergil asked in slight annoyance, "Unless I'm mistaken, which I know I'm not, I have yet to learn your name, and you expect me to tell you personal matters?" His words weren't even meant to be rude, but Vergil was just a bit too blunt with what he said, not that he cared, the silver haired man was simply proving a point to her.
Vergil pinched the bridge of his nose in exasperation, "Why refuse it?" He asked and stopped walking to finally turn and look at her, "Accept what you are, and embrace the power that it brings," Vergil brought his hand up and snapped it into a fist for emphasis, "And trust me, you're not just human," Maybe he would just have to teach her to unlock that hidden power, like he knew he would have to with his brother.
"A bullet through the brain would silence them I'm sure," Vergil said with a very creepy, mass murderer sort of smirk which was the closest he was getting to a joke or an actual smile, it would be a cold, cold day in hell before the latter was to happen and even then it probably wouldn't.
He began to walk again, "Sometimes curiosity isn't the best of things," Vergil figured he was going to be stuck with this one for a while so he may as well start getting used to her presence, didn't necessarily mean he would be nice though, "As for my plans, you'll find those out when the time comes,"
A soft sigh escaped him, "Now we open the last seal and then wait for the party to start," Simple enough, but Vergil was annoyed with waiting, he kept telling himself that his patience would be rewarded in the end though. He'd rid himself of his brother if Dante wasn't willing to join him and then have the power that was his by birth right.

"A bullet through the brain would silence them I'm sure," She laughed a little before becoming silent, he did look creepy with that smirk on his face but she still found that quite intriuging. He was a very intelligent creature by the sound of it he knew when to stay quiet at least.
"Sometimes curiosity isn't the best of things," She nodded that was true enough she decided to stay quiet until such times as she was required to talk.
"As for my plans, you'll find those out when the time comes," Yet again she nodded to show that she understood deciding to stay silent in his presence since he didn't seem to like noise very much.
"Now we open the last seal and then wait for the party to start," She nodded and folded her arms as she walked. Turning around walking backwards so she could speak face to face with him.
"If you wish to know my name it is Chloe, or at least that was what my father called me, however your no longer talking to the loud child you saw before, she's a very stupid thing and well I'm pushing her into a cell at the back of my mind... This is the voice she kept going on about, the voice that knows who you and your brother are and maybe a little more information than that... You do realise that he won't join forces with you, after all being the one out of the two of you who decided to walk in the light rather than the dark doesn't really help." She spoke with a smirk, this part of her knew way to much, split personality dissorder on a high scale. Something that was pushed deep in her mind until now.

Vergil watched the girl as she started to walk back wards to face him, she was an odd creature, but then again the man felt that way about nearly every woman he met. Really they didn't hold much appeal to him, other then something to be used for a night and tossed away, and even then most had to be a hassle about this or that. Thus the reason the hybrid preferred to be alone.
At her words his eyes flashed and a split second later Yamato was drawn, the steel tip but a mere inch or so from the girls face, "Who are you demon, and how do you know so much?" His tone was authoritative, forceful. Vergil wanted to know just how the demon came by his information, how could it know so much, and further more why was it invading this girls thoughts? He gritted his teeth a bit, of course things just had to get complicated.
Silvery blue eyes narrowed as he awaited a response, wondering just what the entity would say next, if it knew so much then it should also know Vergil was not a man to be toyed with, he would slice the girl apart to rid himself of the unwanted hanger on, and the silver haired man wouldn't so much as think twice about it either.

"Who are you demon, and how do you know so much?" She eyed the blade and smiled, a cruel and cold smile that suited her well, it made her look maybe just a little bit insane and she laughed at him before she touched the tip of the blade with her thumb she purred at the pain and then she lost her smile and one side of her lip curled upwards, he obviously didn't like it then again she assumed he never did like anyone knowing about him.
"Oooo very touchy about those subjects aren't we?" She cooed at him before she pressed her lips against the sharp steel, she let the blood trickle from her lips and she then pulled away. Taking two steps back she smiled again.
"And what does it matter to you if I know about your past?" She asked that acidic demonic tone dripping in the girls voice. She shook her head and closed her eyes before letting a hand raise to her head.
"Quiet child for your not useful to me!" The girl snapped obviously talking to the voice which really belonged to Chloe that annoying one that wouldn't stop yelling and screaming.
"I shall leave you to ponder over what I have said... When you need me you can call..." She spoke as she turned her back to him and started to walk.
"However I know of your mother and her death, your father his death, your brother, Arkham, and everything else, I've been around a lot longer than this girl thinks, every so many years I am supressed and her memories are renewed to keep me at bay but up on meeting you that seal on me was broken and now I have free roam over what is actually my body. I thankyou for that. Oh and I am sorry I know the information from experience and seeing things. I was sealed my name taken from me and a new name given along with memories that were fake in order to protect those pieces of meat that are called humans when they stand around me for I have a love for destruction and death." She spoke with a smirk before she walked further forwards putting space between herself and Vergil. She stopped for a second however so that she could twist her wrists and stretch the rest of her body.
"It's been a long time being trapped in limbo only being able to talk as a whisper in this bodies ear... Now I'll have to get used to my body again... Such a shame that all that time was wasted on that impudent other consciousness I shall have to kill her once and for all to get rid of the child and make sure that she never returns." She spoke softly and quietly to herself as she heard a scream in the back of her head begging her not to it made her smile, that fear the smell of it the taste of it and the sight of it made her shiver, why did it remind her so much of what she was before this? Just a strong half breed with a taste for blood and death. Possibly all the other darker pleasures that came with it as well, she licked her lip again the wound still bled, and she smiled again she'd have to go and kill something or someone, soon or she'd get restless.

"Now what exactly gave you that idea?" His voice cut sarcastically into the night, christ he hated demons for a reason at the moment though he couldn't figure out just who he disliked more, humans and all of their weaknesses or demons and their need to be complete arrogant idiots most of the time.
"It matters because as you just stated, it is MY past," Vergil growled, still holding the blade up and watching her closely with a frigid stare.
He huffed, slightly indigent, did she really think he would need her at all? That would be quite the day when Vergil decided he needed someone enough to call out for them, or the day that he actually needed someone, period.
So she had been sealed away, take a demons power when you take their names away, well that was fine and all, Vergil could really care less what had happened to this demon all he had wanted to know was how she had come by the knowledge she had and now that Vergil knew, well he could give a flying rats ass about her to put it simply. But he couldn't help the twitch in his hand as she turned her back on him, arrogant half breed but he stifled the need to decapitate her for the insolence, it would be a waste of time after all.
"If you're done listening to yourself speak then I shall take my leave," Ever the gentleman, Vergil was. Really neither of them knew how to just shut up, well at least the more human side had actually been making some progress in that forte, but of course she had to have some sort of split personality thing going on and the other personality seems to just love listening to herself talk. And this in turn only helped to annoy the man of few words, he didn't speak much, Vergil felt that there was no need his actions were loud enough after all though he looked like his brother, Vergil was not Dante and possessed the ability to stay quiet for longer then thirty seconds.

"If you're done listening to yourself speak then I shall take my leave," She gave him a snarl as she turned and her eyes flashed angrily at him, that dangerous stare, she could break his neck in an instant with just the snap of her fingers. Yet he didn't know that yet. She grinned and closed her eyes before she sighed and shook her head.
"You young half breeds these days... So insolent to your elders... I know more information than Arkham could ever tell you... I also know his goals in this... However I shall let you make your mistakes and I shall silently watch from the shadows... Now if you don't mind I need to go kill something and drain it of blood... Goodbye." She stated as she started to run she was running off but to where? No one knew that but her she was going to torment the humans that still roamed at this hour she didn't care if she was seen or not.
((Wow short post sorry >.<))

Was she glaring at him? Well that was all fine and dandy on his end, Vergil just glared right back with that icy silvery blue stare of his. If the demon was attempting to try and intimidate him it wasn't going to work, the day that happened would also be the same day he dressed up in red and started acting like his moronic brother, and everyone knows that would never, ever happen.
Mistakes? What mistakes? Vergil didn't make mistakes. But even though his face and demeanor remained stoic the man had to admit he was slightly confused on the inside. What had the half demon meant by Arkham's motives?
The silver haired man was sure he knew what the other man wanted out of this, but since she had spoken like that Vergil had a bit of doubt in his mind and as she turned to leave he almost asked her what she had meant by that, but decided that perhaps the demon had said it for the sake of creating doubt and because of that Vergil stayed silent, but he was going to watch Arkham a bit more closely from now on. Maybe he would have to meet with the girl later on after all, but that was if she really did know as much as she said she did.
((It's alright))
