[Dante]

The white haired male was making his way there the tower, that god forsaken abomination that his brother had brought about, he was going to stop this, he had to. He walked silently and made quick work of any demons that got in his way, he didn't have time to waste showing off he just had to get rid of this thing as soon as possible, he needed to investigate it he needed to find out just why Vergil wanted this thing up so bad was he after their father's old power? It would be a problem if he broke that seal because well of course Dante would have good bussiness but he'd also have one hell of a problem on his hands.

The coat flew out behind him as he started to run however he stopped dead, the sight of a female figure in his path, was that the girl he'd met a little while ago? He wondered to himself a couple of weeks ago he'd met some creepy girl who started a brawl in a bar because he simply kissed her on the cheek.

He groaned it was her, did she have a problem with him now? He'd have to sort that out later she was in his way and he'd need to get her out of the way in order to go any further.

[Chloe]

She stood watching him approach she had to buy Vergil time, would he come and sort this out himself eventually or would he get here to late? She wondered as she stood there her katana in hand right now she had on her leather pants and that short and revealing top she always wore, her hair was back and up so it didn't get in the way and she bolted across the ground the blade behind her as she went and she moved quickly, placing a foot on a wall she launched herself at him she brought the blade down she was going to cause him injury but not kill him, she wasn't allowed to do that so no matter what she'd hurt him even if it meant she died doing it, that was how loyal she was, she'd die for the belifes of the person she cared for.

"Do not get in his way." She stated as she bounced around a little, back to the place she started from, she was going to cause him hassle and she was going to make sure he didn't get to Vergil unless he forced her to give up or killed her, probably the latter option.

"You'll have to kill me to get to Vergil, I won't let you ruin his plans... I love him." She snapped maybe that was why she was blind she'd admitted it to Dante but not to Vergil himself, and it was blinding her judgement on certain subjects she always bolted into action if anything seemed like it was going to harm Vergil.

She ran at him again now this is where she decided to get serious no more playing around, she darted at him and tried to take his legs from under him she was fast, and she intended on hurting him he probably knew that by now. She just hoped Vergil wasn't here already and didn't hear her speak those words, then he'd know how much she was willing to sacrifice just for him, although he probably already knew. She just wished that she had the courage to tell him to his face before now, but she didn't and even if she did it was only a whisper. She was staying in his shadows and following him around, she loved him to no end and he didn't even give her the time of day.

[Dante]

He lifted that massive blade to block her and she was off bouncing back to her original position he sighed but whilst she was bouncing he heard words come from her.

"Do not get in his way."

"Sorry babe but I have to stop him, he's out of control and he doesn't seem to realise just what he's doing." Was this girl crazy? she was siding with his brother, that was one big ass problem he didn't want to have to kill her but if he had to he would.

"You'll have to kill me to get to Vergil, I won't let you ruin his plans... I love him." She 'loved' his brother? He looked shocked as he stared at her and he was confused why did she love his brother? What did he ever do for her? Didn't he ignore her and make her life a missery or maybe he'd had her hostage and then she'd gotten stockholme syndrome, no not Vergil's style.

"Are you insane? You can't love my brother he's a complete nut job." He asked as he got ready he leapt and summersaulted over her before he decided to walk he'd gotten past her, easily, not much of a challenge really. He turned to wave at her.

"Sorry but I haven't got time to chat, I have to go and put my brother in his place. See ya round." He stated as he walked he wasn't far from her.

"You really should get better taste in men as well... Don't go for the evil guys, go for the good ones..." He stated as he walked onwards.

[Chloe]

"Sorry but I haven't got time to chat, I have to go and put my brother in his place. See ya round." She gave a snarl as he walked away how dare he turn his back on her, she ran silently behind him.

She moved quickly to block his path a gun to his temple and a blade to his throat she pulled the blade away and then forced it through his shoulder blade, that should give him a taste of pain she jumpped backwards out of reach and then fired a shot at him, she flicked the blade to rid it of his blood and then smirked, he wasn't going to get away from her that easy.

[Dante]

He gave a snarl feeling the pain he was suprised at how fast she was, she wasn't normal, he realised that but he guess now that she wasn't just human, she must've been a half breed like he and his brother were and she moved out of reach and then even fired a shot at him he moved out of the way of that shot and pulled ebony and ivory out shooting at her, he'd mow her down with bullets then, she'd chosen this fate herself, he wasn't going to stop until she couldn't move, he might even leave her alive if she gave up, he walked forwards firing at her still and then put the two away running forwards a blur he connected his foot to her head from the side, it was forceful and he was attempting to knock her unconscious, if that didn't work then this might, he grabbed her by the front of her clothes and then leapt upwards using a wall he flung himself upwards and then launched her as hard as he could downwards to the ground, maybe he'd over done it a little.

[Chloe]

She saw him pull the pistols out and she had to move he shot at her and she dodged most but felt the searing hot pain fill her nerve endings as two bullets broke the skin and she was sent stumbling backwards that hurt, one in her left upper arm the other hit her right hand side just a little higher than her hip, maybe in future she should wear more clothes. She bit her lip and then saw him rush at her she tried to move but wasn't fast enough as she felt a foot connect to her head she felt dizzy sick almost and then she felt him forcably grab her by the front of her clothes, off the floor nothing under her she knew what was comming and she tried to prevent it. He launched her downwards and she hit the ground with incredible force making a large round dent in the concreate, she pushed herself up again though she wobbled and she eyed the silver haired male before her eyes flashed red, and she looked like she was in pain.

"VERGIL!" She screamed his name she just hoped he come to save her, and she felt the blood rushing down over her face, Dante must've cracked her skull, then again her left arm was now dislocated as well, and she collapsed, still wide awake she stared at Dante, now she just hoped that he wouldn't come and kill her before she could see Vergil get rid of him from existence, she managed however to pull the pistol from her person and then fire a few shots off at the male clad in red, maybe he'd stay and beat her a little more, that way it'd buy Vergil more time, her less time but it would still get Vergil more time to sort things out. That was unless of course he was already here and he saw what just happened.

[Vergil]

Vergil had been standing up on the Apex of the tower again, looking out over the god forsaken city and thinking of how this would all be his, everything would be his soon, as soon as he broke the last of the seal and claimed his fathers power for his own. It was a heady thought, but Vergil didn't let that get to him, instead he simply stood at the top, musing over these sort of things, when he felt something.

It felt as if the air had shifted, he could feel his muscles twitch as if ready for a battle, something was happening somewhere in the little city that would soon be his and for some reason it felt like Vergil should be a part of it. His silvery blue eyes searched for the disturbance and he couldn't hold the scowl that found it's way to his face as he spotted the two fighting in an alley. It was his dear brother and that girl, Chloe. His hand clenched the hilt of his blade, what was she thinking? That stupid girl was going to get herself killed!

His coat billowed as he turned and briskly walked away, annoyed beyond belief at the situation that was beginning to unfold. Quickly he made his way to one of the lower levels of the tower and from there darted out of a window, landing on the roof a building Vergil took off at a run, why was he even going? Why was he coming to the rescue of a girl who had chosen her own fate by going after Dante? Was it because she actually seemed to care about him or simply because she was potentially useful to him? Vergil didn't know but no wasn't the time to muse on such things, he was almost there and he heard her call his name, she sounded pained and it was followed by gunshots.

Vergil was stoic as he jumped off the roof and landed gracefully between the two, Yamato already drawn and pointed at his brother, "That is enough!" The man commanded, appearing perfectly composed just as always even though on the inside he was completely annoyed.

[Dante]

He winnced as he heard her yell for Vergil, and then he was there he blinked okay so his brother did have feelings, he could use that against him if it got too bad.

"That is enough!" Yamato was pointed at him and he had rebellion pointed at Vergil, he gave a sigh before a smile crept on to his face.

"At least you care about her... More than I can say for anyone else. Awww my little brother finally is growing up a bit..." He taunted a smirk on his face he hoped that he hadn't hurt the girl too much, although he saw the blood and he winced again that looked like she was in serious pain.

"Look I guess we can finish this later but I think that she seriously need help, she'll bleed to death." He said that feeling of guilt was taking over he felt sorry for her, she was blinded by love for this brother of his, and yet his brother didn't seem to care at all even if he did he was hiding it.

"Y'know I kissed her once, she went beserk at me, probably because she sees herself as your property but she started a brawl, kinda fun really." He said as he stood he didn't make a move, he didn't want to have to kill his brother but he would if Vergil made any move to kill him right now.

"You know I won't stop till I put an end to what your doing... It's wrong and you know it, why do you keep it up? Why don't you just stop? What is your problem?" He asked questions he was getting more and more pissed off with his brother, to Dante it seemed that Vergil couldn't see what was going to happen it was just a matter of time before Vergil's plan back fired. Dante could see it coming, but Vergil was obviously blinded by arrogance.

[Chloe]

She smiled even though she was in pain as the person she cared most for appeared, and made his entrance by saving her from death her eyes flashed red and they kept flashing, she was in immense pain and she felt herself changing what the hell was going on? She was confused and fustrated. Was she so weak that she couldn't even stand up for Vergil's name?

"Look I guess we can finish this later but I think that she seriously need help, she'll bleed to death." Dante's voice and she growled why the hell should he care? It should have been Vergil who looked after her, maybe she should've just stuck with Dante from the beginning then she cursed herself, how could she ever leave Vergil's side? Why would she ever leave her beloved? He was a god to her and he new he had her wrapped around his little finger.

"Y'know I kissed her once, she went beserk at me, probably because she sees herself as your property but she started a brawl, kinda fun really." She'd failed to mention this to Vergil and she already thought he'd go nuts at her for this, she could move and as Dante was facing Vergil she got to her feet moving across the ground she popped her arm back in place, and a yell echoed down the streets god damn it that hurt. She was ready to fight again if Vergil told her too she'd do anything and her eyes were bright red now the body trying to keep itself from death, and in turn she gave a yell, red scale like things covered her arm and she had a weapon attached to her hand she blinked and it started to work it's way up her arm she panicked and darted into an alleyway she was fighting what was happening and that only caused more pain for her, she was afraid of it, that was easy to see.

She gave up in the end and soon she was changed in a demonic form of herself she blinked looking at the cloved feet she now had, what hang on a second cloved feet? How annoying and a tail swept the floor she blinked it had sharp claw like hooks on the end and that was at least useful if not that then the things on her hands were. She felt her head horns pointing backwards, and then she screamed as a searing hot pain rushed and a sudden burst releaved the pain she felt it afterwards her back and she felt the wings that were there, she could use them as well, that was cool. She worked out how to fly with them in a couple of seconds and in doing so she moved upwards and flew over the two so that she was behind Dante striking a pose as she stood she slinked up behind him and tapped him on the shoulder.

"I need nothing from anyone let alone your sympathy." She snarled at him before she decided to use what he'd done to her, time to see how he'd like it, she hoped before slamming her foot into the side of his head with strength she never knew she had bringing her foot back down she looked to Vergil.

"I understand now what I am, what I was meant to be, I'm a weapon, and I'm much stronger than I ever imagined, I was built to fight maybe that was why my mother gave me up at such a young age, and why I should've just embraced what I was instead of ignoring it." She spoke her words still softly to Vergil, she snarled at anyone else but with Vergil she used soft and placid tones knowing all to well that he didn't really like loud noises, her gaze wandered to Dante.

[Dante]

The noise he saw her move but didn't expect her to be behind him and so he still stared down his brother until he felt a tap on his shoulder. Still his gaze was on his brother.

"I need nothing from anyone let alone your sympathy." His eyes widened it was her, how did she get behind him without him seeing her? He turned to look at her but he was too slow and incured a hoove to the head wow she was strong and it sent him flying into a nearby wall, jesus christ that girl was strong. Maybe Vergil had picked the right one to keep close to him after all.

He got himself out of the rubble and ran at her he'd deal with Vergil later, for now Vergil could watch as he decimated this girl to nothingness, maybe Vergil would get mad he wasn't sure but as he ran at her he grabbed her tail watching out for the sharp claws on the end of it, he yanked it and then swung her round before letting go of her.

"Sorry to cut your speech short babe but you really need to dissappear, and for good." He stated as he moved to beat her down again, he was however thinking Vergil would probably move to stop him. Now he'd get a beating for hurting the girl infront of Vergil.

[Chloe]

She smiled at Vergil but soon gave a yelp when her tail was gripped and yanked she was swung around and she got ready to make her way out of this he let go, she was sent soaring into a different building and she was knocked unconscious by the blow, the rubble fell down on top of her and she was encased in it the only part of her showing was her horned head and the transformation soon took place she was back to normal and unconscious. She jsut sat there now, she wasn't much help like this and her mind swam, trying to mend what damage Dante dished out to her. She would get revenge for this, he made her look like nothing and she would get him for that. She'd already sent him flying into a wall and now he'd done that to her. She heard the footsteps he was moving to deal a final blow to her. He was going to kill her she didn't hear his words before but she could already sense that he was going to kill her now. This wasn't fair, she was meant to be at Vergil's side when he got what he wanted, then again he probably could have had any woman he wanted, if he wished it so.

[Vergil]

Vergil simply glowered at his brother, he could of course always deny what Dante had said, but there really was no point to doing so, after all Dante would only believe what he wanted to. well there was also the fact that Vergil wasn't really sure how he felt for the troublesome girl, that is if he felt anything at all.

Trust his idiot brother to be so forward with a woman, "You're such a man whore Dante, and you need to learn that not every woman will swoon over you," It was truth, the boy seemed to think he was a gigolo or some such thing. Too bad he had the personality of a village idiot mixed with a wanna be rockstar, and not everyone took a liking to either let alone both mixed together.

"Like I care what you think brother," Vergil replied haughtily, "And please enlighten me, what's so wrong by taking what is rightfully mine? You realize it could be yours as well if you'd stop being such an idiot and help me take it," Of course Vergil wasn't holding his breath, after all Dante was facing him done as if he planned on killing him, and truth be told Vergil felt the same, expecting nothing less from his brother.

His eyebrow raised at the feeling of power that welled up from behind him, watching what Chloe did to his brother was his emotionless mask, Christ he hoped that had hurt his idiot brother some, but doubted it had done much if one took into account how hard Dante's head really was, "Is that not what I said in the first place? You must embrace what you have to become stronger" Now if only Dante would do the same.

Well all in all she really shouldn't have let her guard down, it was her own fault at that point, but he couldn't help clenching Yamato tighter as she hit the building, stupid girl she should have stayed down the first time, now she was really hurt and why was he even caring? Vergil shouldn't care about anyone, let alone this girl, but he felt a pang of anger at Dante for what he had done.

And now Dante was moving away from him to take the girl out, that was it, Vergil wasn't the type to be ignored, not when he was ready for a fight. He darted to wards his brother, sword drawn back, ready for a swing, "I will not suffer being ignored Dante!" Vergil snarled out as he came up in front of his brother, katana swinging in a wide arc at him.

[Chloe]

"I'm... Sorry...." The words came from Chloe as she lifted the heavy eyelids to reveal those green orbs, she was appologising to Vergil.

"I'm useless... Just leave... I can handle this... I got myself into this... I'll get myself out..." She stated as she moved the rubble cut her body and she managed just about to crawl out of it she was dizzy but she cracked her knuckles, she wasn't going to give up now. She stood the pants she wore were torn she was bruised and she had a large cut on her left cheek, her top was also torn and she stood ready to stand another beating, she wasn't going to just lay down and die, no she was going to kick Dante into the middle of next week and she was going to break him. She used that power of hers again and stood close to Vergil as he made his move to hurt his brother she placed her hands on his should and leant her face on him.

"Dante you really are stupid... So what if Vergil cares for me, it's none of your bussiness what he does or doesn't care for..." She finished her sentence by kissing Vergil's cheek and smiling in that cruel way she often did when she was happy or she was being smug. Her gaze fell on Dante and she moved quickly. Darting across at the man in red she wrapped her thighs around his neck and used her body weight to her advantage she fell backwards her hands hit the floor, she was very flexible and she launched Dante upwards, before she launched herself upwards at him grabbing him she placed her feet on his rib cage and one hand was on his shoulder the other repeatedly hitting him in the face. Landing she used him as a trampoline and bounced flipping over behind Vergil, she'd heard a crack maybe she'd broken something and she smiled innocently from behind her hero.

"Oopsie I think I broke him." She stated in a playful tone, this she found fun, even if she was wounded and it hurt beyond recognition, she let herself go back to normal obviously she couldn't hold the transformation for long, and she was going to work on lengthening it, after all it was useful. She blinked as she gripped the top she wore, she'd need new clothes after this.

[Dante]

"You're such a man whore Dante, and you need to learn that not every woman will swoon over you," Ouch that was painful to the ear.

"And please enlighten me, what's so wrong by taking what is rightfully mine? You realize it could be yours as well if you'd stop being such an idiot and help me take it," He let rebellion hit the floor and laughed.

"Well duh.. The fact that it's going to backfire on you doesn't really come into your head does it?" He asked with a sigh the whole thing with Chloe and he'd then moved to get rid of her, she was a nussance to say the least Vergil's lap dog and it seemed she was very protective of him as well.

A swishing sound and Dante had to move quickly although he wasn't quite fast enough and a small wound was seeable on his chest, he touched it a little.
"I will not suffer being ignored Dante!" He sighed and gave a groan no worries it was only small and he'd heal in no time at all.

"Y'know that kinda hurt... Why do you keep protecting her? You don't love her do you? Wow you really are determined to be like dad aren't you? Appart from the fact that your going in the opposite direction, evil instead of good." Dante stated but he saw the rubble move. She got up but he thought he'd have knocked her out for good. Wow she was a tough cookie, he liked her but she obviously liked his brother more.

"Dante you really are stupid... So what if Vergil cares for me, it's none of your bussiness what he does or doesn't care for..." He rolled his eyes she even kissed his brother willingly that made his eye twitch, that just wasn't fair how was it Vergil had a girl swooning over him and Dante got shot at most of the time? Just the way he was he supposed. He hadn't seen it coming and ended up with thighs around his neck he grinned maybe she did like him after all, however those thoughts were dashed as he was flung upwards, he needed to act but he was too slow again, she was already on top of him and he snarled as she punched him repeatedly in the face.

Crash

They landed and he felt something snap and in turn he yelled in pain, jesus that hurt, he groaned as he lay in the crater that girl had just made, he'd been used as a human trampoline and this girl just didn't want to die.

"Oopsie I think I broke him." He heard the words and he pushed himself up, he could take a beating but jesus christ he didn't think she'd do that, internal wounds always hurt more, he blinked gripping his ribs on his right hand side.

"You have nooooo idea how much that hurt, Vergil my advice don't piss her off, she'll hand your ass to you. If you don't have your toy with you." He was just having a conversation now by 'toy' he meant yamato and he lifted Rebelion on to his back, he'd go home rest up train some more and then he'd come back and try again.

"I'll be back just you wait..." He stated with a grin as he waved he was making his exit. What a pleasent family reunion it'd been, he was the one it seemed who had come away with the most painful wounds, the girl didn't seem to let her pain bother her, did she enjoy it or something?

[Vergil]

"Think what you wish Dante," Vergil would see his plan succeed even if he had to scarifies every last soul on this wretched planet to bring it to fruition, and that was a length he was more then willing to go to as Vergil did not tolerate failure of an sort.

"You talk way too much brother, and that's something that'll get you into a lot of trouble. Trouble that I'm not going to help you with," Vergil said, not bothering to answer the question Dante had posed to him as it really wasn't any of his business whether he liked the girl or not, plus there was also the fact that Vergil himself was attempting to work that out, which is why he made no move when she kissed him.

A smirk graced his features as he watched Chloe work, well that's what Dante got for talking too much and putting his nose where it didn't belong, "You think you might have broken him? Well I must admit I sort of hope you have," His voice held a slight air of wicked amusement as he watched his brother try to stand.

Vergil rolled his eyes, "Yamato is not a toy you buffoon," He hissed, the blade was one that deserved more respect then that knuckle head was capable of giving. Of course Dante would never truly comprehend the swords beauty, but that was just fine with Vergil.

"Of course you will, you're too stupid to know when to stop," He replied as he sheathed Yamato and turned his back on his brother and the rubble that was the street, "Come Chloe, leave him be, the idiot isn't of any threat at the moment," Vergil said as he glanced at the girl, she had done well enough against the red clad imbecile that he waited for her for a moment before he began to walk off.
